Sara Dee’s career launched with; a front credit on her first feature Chasing Dreams, a year of national press attention working with Sir Norman Wisdom, being cast among British stars at The Royal Court Theatre, in Jez Butterworth's The Night Heron, a private jet whisking her off to Cannes to celebrate her lead role in the 35mm Café D' Paris and being award-nominated for her stage role as a Dominatrix in Satisfaction Guaranteed. ‘The Broadcaster’ in Jim's Gift (feature) marked Sara’s TV debut on UK’s Channel 5.  Then followed ‘Margaret Rawlins’ in Lynda La Plante's The Commander (ITV) and ‘Lady Hysteria’ in Andy Wilson's BBC feature Riot At The Rite. Sara’s film appearances include; Room 36 (Jim Groom), Cute Little Buggers & Dawning Of The Dead (Tony Jopia) Borley Rectory (Ashley Thorpe), roles in Peter Strickland's In Fabric, an awarded role in Shamrock Spitfire (Dominic & Ian Higgins) and her lead role in the notable short Flash Back provoked BAFTA luminaries to suggest Sara as a candidate for the 'Rising Star Award'. 


Sara’s voice acting is evident on many films including seven Ben Wheatley features, with three characters on Sightseers four on High-Rise and the parrot in Meg2 Recently Sara played a medium in the sell out play The Seancé (Chris Stagg) and is awaiting the release of Alice’s Story (Tony Jopia) and Christopher Barfoot’s Idiot’s Anonymous where DOC highlights Sara’s signature skill of holding a dichotomy of agendas and emotions within one character. https://www.spotlight.com/1719-1206-8395
